How likely are you to recommend Integrative Psychiatry PLLC?
What patients say on Google
“Integrative Psychiatry does not know how to care of their patients. My concerns were not taken seriously, and communication during sessions was often unprofessional, with profanity directed towards me. There was inaccurate documentation in my chart, and even more troubling, a breach of confidentiality. I felt I had no autonomy and felt forced to do TMS despite financial and time concerns. Additionally, interactions with office staff were consistently unpleasant. I would not recommend this practice to a friend or anyone for that matter.”
“They gas light your symptoms and take your money. Doctors should be held accountable for negligence”
“Unresponsive to my request for additional information. As someone who has been battling depression for 20 years, I was extremely excited to learn more about TMS. Just the thought of even possibly MAYBE being cured of this cancer of the mind…..dream come true. I did “call them out” on their lack of responsiveness and instead of an assuaging response (as one would expect from a professional business), once again there was none at all. The lack of basic, decent respect that every human being deserves, major red flag. I really do appreciate that I discovered the unprofessionalism of this group before going any further. You can always tell the competency of any doctor’s office by the way they treat their patients: current and prospective. As if dealing with mental health issues isn’t enough, getting ignored after a literal plea of help….what a slap in the face. How degrading. Have a great day.”
“I have been seeing this practice since 2017 and they are on the cutting edge of new treatments. Dr Schrodt is one of the best and truly seeks to help others. He’s what most doctors should aspire to.”
