What patients say on Google
“Unsure if my experience was a fluke but one of the worst psych experiences I have had. See the list of issues below. Oh and as others noted, they are rarely available to discuss, so if you have any issues, good luck. 1. They entered my name wrong in the system and it took 2 weeks, 3 phone calls, and one missed Rx for them to care enough to fix it. Dr. Pastron didn’t even bother to double check my name and rejected my pharmacy’s request for more info when trying to refill. 2. They charged me $500 out of nowhere and I had to call twice and have some back and forth with the Billing department until they fixed it. Money was refunded but my account still shows this incorrect debt. 3. After several sessions, Dr. Pastron simply refuses to order or provide AdHD testing (even though I expressed since I did the intake that I wanted/needed this diagnostic). Note that I have not once requested medication for this, simply a diagnostic exam. 4. Dr. Pastron never sent my labs to Quest (making me and everyone else waste a whole day running around). Super unavailable doctor and at every turn would rather disclaim responsibility than actually provide competent and professional care. 5. In my last appt. with Dr. Pastron she was incredibly unprofessional and when I told her how disappointed I was she responded with “I’m sorry that you feel that way” and smirked. 6. I have been waiting for a call from their operations manager since Monday… Their behavior and lack of care, which clearly goes all the way from their secretary staff to their doctors is quite concerning given that they are supposed to assist with patient’s mental health—not make it worse.”
“As a fellow provider, I’ve collaborated with Integrative Mind Psychiatry numerous times and consistently feel confident referring patients to them. They’re thoughtful and genuinely care about doing what’s best for the patient. It’s rare to find a practice that combines strong clinical judgment with real compassion, and they’ve been a great partner in care.”
“Integrative Mind played a crucial part in helping our son with severe, treatment resistant depression to be healthy again for the first time in years. Words cannot describe our level of gratitude. After receiving accelerated TMS using the SAINT protocol at a clinic in Utah, we were discouraged and heartbroken when it was ineffective for our son. I remembered Jon from Integrative Mind as he was one of the many people I had talked to prior to choosing Utah. I called him back a couple months later, remembering his compassion and thoroughness in our conversation from months earlier. Jon helped give us hope again that just because that TMS didn’t work for him, the deepTMS would target another part of his brain and could still be very effective. Jon helped us get set up with a One-D deep TMS treatment, and starting about 2 weeks later, our son begin to make continuous progress. Now, 2 months after receiving treatment, he is back to college, feeling like himself, and enjoying all the things he used to love. We are so thankful for the kindness, knowledge, compassion, and support we received! And for our sons health, we cannot thank them enough!”
“Oh my goodnesss I want to give these folks a million stars! There is a lot of noise out there when it comes to finding effective healing treatment and it’s becoming increasingly harder to find the genuine and fully devoted purposeful treatments and people. If you stumbled upon this, look no further because you found it. This will change your life and soon enough this will be you writing a review. THANK YOU!!!!”
