How likely are you to recommend Integrated Psychiatric Services?
What patients say on Google
“I had great experiences with Integrated Psychiatric Services. Dr. Crystal was such a lovely person to work with. She fosters a comfortable environment, listens carefully, and is extremely receptive to how the patient is feeling. She was very helpful in finding the right prescription for me and made sure I felt heard and involved throughout the process. She’s the best! I’d highly recommend her!”
“I have been a patient here since 2021. After years of feeling unheard and like a number, this is the first office to make me feel the complete opposite. Throughout lots of ups and downs, Dr. Bora, Suzanne, and the entire staff have been extremely supportive, helpful, and made me feel genuinely cared for. I genuinely cannot recommend this office nor praise them enough. If you've had terrible experiences with other offices and are now skeptical about most psychiatrists, I promise this office will change your mind.”
“Some of the other providers might be competent, but Chandra Williams is definitely not. There are so many things that went wrong in our initial appointment, but let me just cite one thing. She brought my child back without me and didn't explain to either of us the structure of the visit or why she was doing this. Okay, I went with it even though I had a weird feeling about it. When I joined she talked down to me as if I haven't poured my heart and head into hundreds of hours of research regarding why we were there. She was rude, condescending and did not seem well educated. My daughter told me on the way home that while she was alone with her she felt uncomfortable with some of the questions she was asked and wanted to come get me in the waiting room. Chandra Williams told my daughter that if she chose to walk out the door to come and get me that her visit would be over. How dare someone entrusted with your child threaten them like this! Stay away from this person. She should lose her license for what she did.”
“I've had nothing but a great experience with the front desk staff and reception here. Samantha is also a wonderful therapist; if you're on the fence about talking to a professional, please give her a shot. Great listener, unbiased, and approachable. Unfortunately, after being passed on to three different doctors in one year due to staffing changes, having to see multiple specialists to confirm a dry cough was the side effect of a prescribed medication (and having it noted that I was anxious about it - I think most would find it pretty normal to be concerned about a cough lasting several months?), having to wait for text chains between the doctors to be read during my appointment mid-conversation (very off putting, considering eye contact and focus is noted in our own PHRs), and feeling rushed because a previous appointment ran over, I have decided to seek care elsewhere. In retrospect, I feel like I often had to do the lion's share of work to figure out the root cause of my issue and that it's also unkind to make a patient feel bad for previous providers' decisions - seems like something to discuss with the provider, not us. I do recommend this office for therapy, and appreciate the kindness and professionalism of the staff, but I think there's an opportunity for the providers to be better listeners and ensure the handoff of patients is properly cared for before someone leaves.”
