Pam is excellent at walking you through costs and how your insurance works with their services. This is the first healthcare facility I have been to that will be honest and upfront about costs. No scary bills later. I have never had to wait longer than 5 minutes. I love their holistic approach. They really dive in to get to know you. They don’t just treat the immediate issue, they manage your current symptoms while finding the root cause of your symptoms.”

“I use IH for my primary care doctor, and have also for massage therapy, chiropractic care, nutrition, mental health services, and physical therapy. I’ve received top notch medical care plus they really care about me—taking the time to both listen and explain. I can text the office (during office hours) and get messages to my care givers right away (for refills, about lab tests, to get electric copies of PT exercises, etc. ) I hope they bring Joseph back soon for massage therapy — all are good but he’s my fave.”
