“DO NOT SEND/CALL the MOBILE CRISIS TEAM FROM THIS FACILITY FOR A LOVED ONE OR YOURSELF THEY PROMISED MY LOVED ONE AND ME THAT HE WOULD BE GOING TO A LONG TERM TREATMENT FACILITY FOR HIS MENTAL HEALTH MY LOVED ONE KNEW THAT 7days SOMEWHERE WOULDN'T HELP THEY PROMISED LONG TERM THEY ALSO PROMISED TO CALL IF HE WAS DISCHARGED 1 week after he left my house they called to 2days AFTER HE WAS DISCHARGED THE FACILITY HE WAS AT CALLED TO CHECK ON HIM(5 days IS NOT LONG TERM AND HE HAD BEEN DISCHARGED 2DAYS BEFORE I GOT A CALL AND IT WEREN'T FROM MOBILE CRISIS)HE HAD NO FAMILY OR FRIENDS IN THE AREA AND NO ONE CALLED. TODAY MY MOM GOT A CALL HE HAD PASSED AWAY THIS COULD HAVE BEEN PREVENTED! IF THESE SO CALLED PROFESSIONALS WOULD OF DONE THEIR JOB AND KEPT THEIR PROMISE( we could of went to pick him up) AND WOULD OF TOOK HIS MENTAL HEALTH MORE SERIOUSLY! I AM DISGUSTED AND HEARTBROKEN I PRAY NO ONE ELSE TRUSTS THEIR LOVED ONE WITH THIS PLACE!”
