“I have been debating on reviewing this but since no one from the company has reached out to me, I'm posting this. I had been seeing dr grice for 2 years, 1 of those years I was on Medicaid. Never was a problem. I went in Jan 2026 for my routine appointment and was told that because I was on Medicaid they couldn't see me and they canceled my appointment that I showed up for and paid for already. I had been on Medicaid for a year already and had been paying out of pocket. So none of it makes sense. And to be told yall had been charging and insurance company that I didn't have a plan with that whole year was also bizarre. I never got an apology from the dr or a phone call explaining anything. Yall cut me off and sent me on my way with no regards of my safety or my life.”
