“I was 20 min late for my appointment because I was unable to leave my job on time. I called the clinic before I left and was told they will see me when I get there. After driving 30 minutes I was informed that my appointment will have to be rescheduled and I have to pay the misssed appointment fee. On my way home I get a call that my prescription will be cancelled because I didn't come to my appointment. Somehow I don't feel my well-being is a priority here.”

“I have been coming to this place for a while now and it’s always been a pain to schedule. All they care about is taking your money. There’s nothing about this place that is actually caring. I remember one time last year, in 2025, I had a appointment at 1:40pm and I had to leave from work to come because I needed refills on my meds and rescheduling with this place is like pulling teeth. So I call and let them know that I’ll be a few minutes late because it’s hard to get out of work because I worked at a jail at the time. The lady said no problem on the phone. I arrived at 1:43pm and when I get to the front desk the lady tells me I’m too late. And now I have to pay $50 for a no show before I can reschedule. It is absolutely absurd of how their policy of the $50 no show with no grace period of even 5 minutes. They expect you to be 20 minutes early but will make you sit in the lobby for 40 minutes to a hour because they overbook. Nothing about this place is even thinking about their customers at all. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. Never come here and definitely don’t depend on this establishment because they will let you down over and over again.”

“I was esperate at the time when they opened i got a call to get an appointment. The staff arr doing their jo s. Hunter is awesome. He is proffesional and friendly and hu listens to whatever you want to tell him. One of the best things about IBH is they are efficient and I usually only have to be there for about 30 minutes. No matter what anyone else says, they are fantastic there and I wouldn't leave their care....they would have to ban me...lol. They have been a real lifesaver to me and I havent had any sort of of issues with the staff. They are great!”

“Hunter is my therapist and he sincerely wants to help me out with my issues and he is a good listener and advisor. It's like coming to see a good friend lol. Everyone is patient with me and I always come 25 minutes early and get seen before I fill out the paperwork. A positive experience”
