How likely are you to recommend Integrated Behavioral Health?
What patients say on Google
“I have had a great experience here! I was able to get in very quickly as a patient, & they have been incredibly understanding and kind. It is definitely important to arrive early to appts, though!”
“My wife was seen at this office and did not have a positive experience and voiced her concerns and appropriately canceled her future appointments. We received a bill for missed appointments and she was told she did not cancel her appointments appropriately, even though she did. The level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I highly recommend seeking care elsewhere.”
“I just started going here (Only 3 app so far) and read the reviews first before going. So I was under the impression I was going to have a bad experience. That was NOT the case. Every single person I spoke to was nice and curious. Meaning the Front Desk Staff, Nurses, Nurse Practitioners and Doctors. They make you very aware of being early to your appointments and even give you the calculated time required instead of the real time to help with this. For this reason I see absolutely no bad things wrong with this. There time is valuable and to make sure its properly taken care of the late fee is put in place. All in all, I really do love this place so far. If something changes I will be sure to update.”
“This office is awful. My husband had an appointment and the lady said he could do an intake and medicine appointment together if we came on this certain day at 1:00. She said to arrive 30 mins early (12:30)… we was arriving at 12:15 to make sure we made the appointment time and she called us 40 mins before his appointment time and said they would need to move his appointment because the provider won’t do both at the same time and that he could come at 1:30 for an intake and then the next day for the medicine appointment. They are SO unprofessional. Not to mention the other AWFUL reviews I have seen for this office. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS OFFICE. They clearly made a scheduling error and tried to throw it off on the doctor or maybe their whole office is just out of wack.”
