How likely are you to recommend Integrated Behavioral Health?
What patients say on Google
“If you’re looking for qualified, quality mental health providers, I strongly recommend Integrated Behavioral Health (IBH). I have been entrusting IBH with all of my mental health needs for several years and I’ve had nothing but great experiences. From walking in the door to walking out it’s such a welcoming environment. The front office staff are amazing. They are high energy, friendly, and professional. If you ever feel heavy before an appointment their energy gives you a boost and they have a way of making you feel welcomed. Heath Chauncey, LPC is the best therapist I’ve ever seen. He has a way of making you feel seen, heard, and understood. It’s never a one sided session he stays engaged, attentive, and conversational. His introspective technique has helped me better understand myself and contributed to my growth as a person. He’s open to different types of therapy and will ask if you are interested in trying something new or different. We’ve used Time Line Therapy, Brain Spotting, CBT, and Free Thought. My life has been changed for the better since I’ve started seeing providers at IBH. I always feel lighter, happier, optimistic, and accomplished. In the past dealing with other providers I’ve often left sessions feeling worse, unheard, and deeply depressed. I’ve never once experienced that with providers at IBH. IBH also has a great IOP program and it was greatly beneficial to me, I’ve learned to set boundaries and stick to them, it gave me a safe space to share with others in the group and listen without judgement, it boosted my self-esteem, and helped me understand that self-care is not selfish.”
“The office staff is often apathetic. Should you need anything you have to go through the office staff and Dr. Hammond’s nurse who is huge barrier to receiving the care you need and deserve. WEEKS I’m saying and she does not call you back!!! She blames delays on waiting to hear back from Dr. Hammond. Completely unacceptable!!! Not having my medication is extremely dangerous and unethical in the fact she does not follow up with the patient!!!! I’ve been declining and have YET received a call back!! STOP saying the I”m sorry in all these reviews… DO SOMETHING! If a crisis occurs which has come EXTREMELY close, what are you going to say then… I”m sorry???”
“My primary care listed this place as an option for ADHD testing. During the phone call to confirm the initial appointment, I was asked if it was for therapy or medication. I stated I was interested in a diagnosis first. She said that while they don't do full testing, they will give a diagnosis after a conversation. Not ideal, but worth a try, right? First appointment was intake. Okay, makes sense - getting a baseline. Suggested medical appointment next. During the medical appointment today, he referred me out to get ADHD tested elsewhere. He stated that that is their process to do full testing for adult ADHD. Why take my appointment in the first place if this was not something possible in house, when this was my original ask? This has cost me time and a not insignificant amount of money to essentially get nothing done and could have all be solved by clear communication, especially since I made clear what the goal was at first contact.”
“For the past 2 years I have been a patient of Dr. Hadley's. She is understanding, straightforward, and willing to listen to your every need all the while letting you vent. I would highly recommend her any day. As far as the nurses go, Sonya is incredible! She brings a great sense of humor to the team, which is refreshing. Anytime you ever need anything related to anyone in the building pertaining to your prescriptions, cancellations, etc., she is your go-to woman. I am going to miss this establishment, but have enjoyed the service provided. Thank you all!”
