How likely are you to recommend Integra Psychological Services?
What patients say on Google
“I just love this place. Dr Armstrong and his staff are so kind and help you feel comfortable just walking in. I was able to get an appointment rather quickly. I met with Dr Armstrong for the assessment and immediately felt seen and heard. I was there for over 4 hours and it really didn’t seem like it. Dr Armstrong was thorough and he has life experience that has given him a wisdom you just don’t find in books. I’m so grateful for this office and I would wholeheartedly recommend Integra for testing or other services the may offer.”
“I went to Integra Psychological Services for an ADHD evaluation based on a friend's referral, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Dr. Levi Armstrong and Maria Lippart were both exceptional healthcare providers who made me feel incredibly comfortable throughout the process. I felt a true sense of connection, as if I was with my own people, especially since both Levi and Maria are also on the spectrum. Their understanding and empathy were clear, and it made a huge difference in my experience. I also noticed that they recently had some staff changes up front, which have significantly improved the experience of getting information and scheduling appointments. Just make sure you go to the right door—the one marked 123 is not correct! If you're looking for a place that truly understands neurodiversity and provides a welcoming environment, I highly recommend Integra Psychological Services.”
“Integra Psychological Services recently completed a neuropsychological evaluation for my son, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the experience. Dr. Armstrong is a true professional—his depth of knowledge is unmatched, and he brings both patience and passion to his work in a way that immediately puts you at ease. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly, answered all our questions with care, and made a potentially overwhelming process feel manageable and even empowering. I highly recommend this practice to any parent looking for compassionate, expert support.”
“They are very sweet individuals. However, there were many issues for me. I got the appointment scheduled for the initial meeting. I got called a few days before the appointment, and was told Dr. Armstrong wasn't available the time we had scheduled. I was rescheduled to Friday. I came in on Friday, and was told I was supposed to come in the previous appointment time. It was severely frustrating, but I was told they had new staff, and I completely understand the learning curb. I didn't get the initial meeting, I went straight to the testing on two following Saturdays (not consecutive). It took me two months to be scheduled for a review of the results. I was about to call, when someone called me and apologized. They scheduled me for review. When reviewing the results with me, Dr. Armstrong apologized for everything that had happened, which I did very greatly appreciate. I was able to get more accomodations at school due to what Dr. Armstrong had written, which was great and I do appreciate. I just had a very frustrating process getting there. Much more recently, I needed some records sent to someone else. I called and left two separate voicemails. They didn't get answered until about 2 weeks later. At that point, I had already gotten the situation with the records tentatively squared away on my own.”
