“Dr. Sprague you did me right by prescribing insomnia medication. But. But it took almost 24 hours for the pharmacy to receive all my medication‘s, I was shocked and disappointed when you reduced one of my medication‘s without informing me that is not right that is incorrect for Dr to do that as far as the rest of the staff, they are wonderful and considerate, Dr. Sprague, you should at least let me know you were gonna reduce one of my medication‘s. I was shocked when I picked them up just now and it’s 27 hours after I seen you those prescription should’ve been sent at that moment when I seen you in the office, I do not attend to see you again. I’m sorry you seem like a good man, but you did me wrong reducing that medication. I stay away from doctors to do that. !!!!”

“I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE!!! Drs are HORRIBLE!! Let me tell yall a story !! In July I saw a dermatologist for what was supposed to be a cyst on my head Dr Bair from Luna said she could not treat me and to see my primary which is DR Greenwell so I did she ordered an ultrasound of my head they said it was a fluid filled mass now this thing still has not been treated and here we are in December !! I have to go to another Dermatologist this month now mind you I was just at the Emergency room for an inflammation of thisthing on my head !! These drs don’t care about you !!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM WHATSOEVER!!! But Dr Greenwell is good but she’s NEVER in the office”

“The closest thing I have found to the NHS in the US. They are always Caring and Compassionate. They put patients’ needs above financial gain. I cannot recommend the Institute for Family Health highly enough. The medical staff are excellent I trust them with my life, literally.”

“The facility isn’t up to proper sanitary standards (dusty walls, dirty floors), and there’s no proper care here. The Drs are a nightmare to interact with, as they seem to not know how to properly do the jobs that they went to school for years to do. My interaction with Joel P has been terrible throughout. Asked him for a second professional opinion and was shut down and told it’s fraud. Makes absolutely 0 sense as second opinions are highly encouraged in healthcare. It seems like I’ll have to go back to the city for proper medical care. Because unfortunately, this isn’t the only Drs office that I’m having a lot of problems with in the Hudson Valley area.”
