“On 05 March 2026, Dr Diana Ghelber was over 20 minutes late for my first appointment after paying my $330 fee. My time is far too valuable to be ignored like this. When she finally and very obscurely showed up out of view from the customer waiting area, I approached the desk, greeted her then asked if I could speak with her about how she calculated such exorbitant fees and why she decided not to accept insurance. She declined, deflecting that the financial portion was disclosed in the agreement I'd signed, which is an untruth. I am completely aware of HOW MUCH she charges, but the contract made absolute no mention of HOW she calculated her fees WHY she made the decision to refuse insurance. I asked the receptionist how long it would take for my refund and was told "...it depends on your bank". THEIR financial institution is an equally important factor. She apparently is not interested in taking accountability by blaming potential customers for her failures as an ethical human. The good doctor found success after immigrating to the US, but my question is how legitimate is she? Depending on the information I gather, I'll be requesting that the State of Texas do an investigation on her practice(s), her ethics and the legitimacy of her education and medical degrees she currently holds.
