What patients say on Google

“As a parent, I'm genuinely disappointed and disturbed by our experience here. My son was a patient at Inspire Counseling Center, and I cannot in good conscience recommend this place to anyone. (Writing this on an anon email for his privacy.) The owner comes across as extremely unprofessional. There's a book of hers in the waiting room (I can’t remember its name now) but it made me question her judgment and whether she should be seeking therapy herself. The turnover among staff is alarming. Like clockwork, every few months (3-6), my son was seeing someone new, and most of them seemed to be students or still in training. For the amount of money they charge, I expected qualified, consistent care, not this revolving door of counselors. Lastly, the office itself is in terrible shape. Furniture is broken, and the place just feels neglected and unclean. For a space that's supposed to help people feel safe and supported, it's anything but.”
