What patients say on Google

“As a behavioral health professional, I am confident in referring clients to this practice for both therapy and medication management. Their team is highly responsive, clinically skilled, and genuinely patient-centered. Communication is timely and collaborative, which supports continuity of care and strong treatment outcomes. Clients consistently report feeling heard, respected, and supported, and I appreciate the practice’s thoughtful approach to individualized treatment planning. Their ability to coordinate therapy and medication management in one space makes access to comprehensive behavioral health care seamless and effective. I trust this practice as a reliable partner in supporting the mental health needs of those we serve.”

“As a counselor in private practice and a small business owner, I have had a consistently positive experience working with Dr. Martine Ott. Every interaction has been supportive, professional, and deeply caring. Dr. Ott and her staff are responsive, helpful, and truly value collaboration in client care. She clearly prioritizes her patients’ needs and embraces a team based approach to providing the best possible care. If I could, I would refer all of my clients to her without hesitation. Dr. Ott is a trusted, compassionate, and highly professional provider.”

“I recently had the pleasure of speaking with Martine Ott about my personal and professional needs, and she was incredibly empathetic, thoughtful, and genuinely helpful throughout our conversation. She took the time to really listen and understand what I was looking for, offering valuable insight and support that made a meaningful difference. What also stood out was Martine’s generosity as she made a donation to my non-profit organization, which helps kids build real-world skills and confidence for their future. That gesture spoke volumes about her character and commitment to making a positive impact in the community. I look forward to our next appointment.”

“When a patient starts medication management, a doctor knows that, often enough, you can't get the perfect dose on the first try. A responsible psychiatrist creates a plan where they see their new patients often for checking in on their symptoms and response to treatment. I did not experience this once when I was under Melissa Walsh's care. It's been about 3 months since I emailed Donna the admin and told her the increased dose of medication that Melissa prescribed me was making me feel unwell. She ignored my email for scheduling an appointment with Melissa ASAP regarding my poor reaction to treatment. I am disgusted with their lack of safety awareness regarding my care. Almost all psychiatric medication has a rare but serious side effect that is "thoughts of harming yourself" and this team did not take that seriously when I was feeling scared and confused while under Melissa's care. I have a new doctor now, and I bet Melissa and the team don't even know that, because they haven't responded to my email to schedule a new appointment. Maybe they missed it in the inbox, but wouldn't a responsible doctor such as Melissa reach out to her new patients every month just to make sure they're tolerating treatment well? Stay far away from this place.”
