“I know for a fact all these good reviews are fake they got to be family members or something because I did not at all get treated like they said my medicine was late every month. Snobby staff had the nerve to call me and my husband to our face liars. The place is not handicap accessible. They have a slope and a heavy door to open but they call that handicap accessible oh yeah there's no bars or anything in the hallway I am handicapped. They have covid outbreaks and lie about it. They schedule appointments that you did not schedule and then claim you missed them. You will get discharged for their mistakes and lies staff talks to others about patients you get disrespected a lot The supervisor is a staff puppet she agrees with all her employees just to fit in with them. She acts like she was there when things went down very poor management I know me and my husband's mental health was damaged just from going there for a year so to anyone that wants to go here, you might want to start recording with your phone as soon as you go in because they will flip your words UPDATE just received a letter. They are now claiming they discharged me because I was violent and I had missed appointments but I'm handicapped I walk with a hemi cane. What can I do? You know what my conclusion to this review is. Just don't go there. Avoid it all together. Save yourself a hassle it's not worth the drama Don't let this place bring you down”

“I became a patient here when my previous doctor retired, and have been seeing Lauren Deal for almost a year now. She is absolutely wonderful, very easy to talk to and you can tell that she really cares about her patients. All of the office staff and medical assistants are always friendly, professional and helpful. I have never had a single issue the entire time I’ve been with IHS and highly recommend the practice.”
