“I’ve been with Insightful for nearly 3 years and have always been satisfied with their services. The admin team is super awesome, I tend to get really nervous talking on the phone, they allow texting which is a godsend. They always respond within a couple of hours, the most I’ve ever waited for a response is a day. They will help with anything that is relevant to the best of their abilities. Aaron Padron was my provider for a couple of years, and he was always extremely helpful and knowledgeable, he seemed to have kept up on the latest information and together we really nailed down my medications/dosages. Ms. Solani is my new provider and she has also been awesome, she has been asking a lot of questions and seems to really care about my mental health. Overall, I’ve spent a lot of time with Insightful and I have never been dissatisfied.”

“Dr. Aaron Padron is always pleasant! He is also very gracious when it comes to the timing of your appointment. Most physicians won’t even attempt to contact you if you are not there at the scheduled time, or earlier. I had mixed up my days when adding my appointment to my calendar and had woken up around 7:40am with my appointment having been scheduled for 7:15am. His phone call woke me, matter of fact! Thankfully! I saw the missed call and the text messages from and he allowed me to still complete the appointment. He’s very accommodating, very knowledgeable, he’s an excellent psychiatrist. Definitely recommend.”
