“Would give 0 stars if I could. My first session I met with a therapist they were 15min late. After doing my Initial assessment the therapist told me she essentially wasn't qualified to deal with my disabilities (the therapist choosen for me based off intake) they sent me back to intake gave me a list of therapists. I choose one and I set up my next therapist when time came for my session the therapist didnt show up after waiting in call for 25min (which i was 5min early to) so I call the intake office that I had the number of to find out there was no appointment setup even tho i have a email about choosing the person and about my appointment date with the link to the appointment AND got a text to confirm yesterday that i responded to all to find out the therapist wasn't gonna show up!!! Which is highly ironic because one of the first things they make u agree to is that u wont miss your appointments and they say that same responsibility falls on the therapist yet I doubt anyone will recieve any repercussions. Ontop of that when calling into see why no one showed up I come to find out I was marked as no show to a session on a date I didnt even have a appointment on. I highly recommend going ANYWHERE but here unless u enjoy wasting your time and energy. I have only been involved in therapy with them for 2 weeks and they have consistently dropped the ball at every step only props i give to this place is the intake lady's are very nice and understanding I give them a 10/10 while the actual practice and therapists get 0/10.”

“I had given 5 stars; however, I'm updating that to 1 star. If Google would allow me to give less, I would. When a counselor suggests their client does something, that client does it, then counselor dumps client because the client did it...well, I'm not sure if it is lack of empathy or simply not caring. Neither good qualities for a counselor. Skip Insight and just have weekly sessions with the big toe on your left foot...at least it won't unceremoniously dump, abandon, or reject you.”
