I highly recommend this location. Also. The greeting you receive walking through the door is amazing. The help with understanding some of the insurance things and knowing your not alone and people care.”

“They don’t know how to deal professionally with people and circumstances. I was treated like a criminal and denied to go in office for doing a nice deed for someone. It is a counseling facility sad if your feeling suicidal it is wrong to go in there when not scheduled for help. Not very welcoming. Counseling is supposed to be there for support not to push someone away.”

“I have been going to insight clinical counseling since it opened in 2020. In the four years I've been obtaining services here, from both a counselor and a social worker, I haven't had any problems. Staff are polite, and I've never had any issues with billing. Even when my insurance wasn't covering the entirety of the amount, I was able to come to a quick resolution of the problem I was having. Staff respects preferred pronouns and names, and haven't ever been rude to me. I'd recommend my friends and family to insight. I highly value and trust the care I receive here.”
