“I'm a patient of an amazing DO here at IBH, but as for Insight Behavioral Health, they are the absolute worst. I wouldn't even give them 1 star if it were possible. Patients with mental health issues being met with rude and condescending comments and questions, is absolutely unacceptable. Kindness and empathy should be your number one focus when patients, or future patients, contact your office seeking help. I have referred four very close friends of mine and EVERY SINGLE ONE has had issues with the way they were treated by your office staff. The ONLY reason anyone continued was solely because of the doctor they are seeing. If John "Fritz" "Fritch" can't even kindly explain something to someone who is going through a personal CRISIS, then HE CLEARLY SHOULD NOT BE WORKING IN THE MENTAL HEALTH INDUSTRY. There is absolutely no reason for being rude! You have NO idea what people are going through on the other end of that line. Completely and wholly unacceptable!! And yes, I did call and complain. I received a phone call but missed it, and since no one could take the time and leave a message, I have no idea who to even call back and ask for. So here we are. This isn't the only issue with Insight. I've had nothing but problems myself. First it was the issue with two apps, then they finally made the switch to just one. Consider yourself lucky if they actually give you the link to your TeleHealth appointment, otherwise you will be late trying to call the office, find someone to actually help you, send you a link, and then maybe even an apology. Mostly not. And by the time that's all done, you're appointment is now over and you've not even gotten the chance to speak to your doctor. Half the time my refill request gets refilled, the other half, I have to call and/or do another online request. Sometimes it's within the day, mostly though it's not, and takes days to get sent to my pharmacy. Then there is the issue with which pharmacy it will go to. If you switch pharmacies, be prepared for your medication to still be sent to the previous pharmacy. I'm sure there's more, but honestly it's exhausting even writing about it. If you're new, and don't have a particular doctor you want to see, do yourself a favor and just go elsewhere. I have no idea how they have such great reviews, other than because of the doctors they are seeing.”

“My HUGE ISSUE WITH INSIGHT? Their "Answering Service" is OUTSOURCED TO INDIA!! YOU CANNOT CALL THE OFFICE DIRECTLY! So much gets lost in translation, meds refills take WEEKS INSTEAD OF HOURS. THIS IS PATENTLY RIDICULOUS! As a "Mental Healthcare Provider" HELP IS NOT IMMEDIATE OR EVEN WITHIN A NORMAL TIMETABLE!”

“I had a psychological evaluation with Dr. Franke at Insight yesterday, and it was an excellent experience. He was extremely kind, patient, and easy to talk to, which made the entire appointment comfortable and stress-free. The receptionist was just as friendly and helpful, and honestly every staff member I’ve met at Insight has been amazing. Their professionalism and compassion consistently make a difficult situation feel manageable. Highly recommend.”
