“I was searching for a new therapist and after doing careful research decided to contact this practice. During my initial phone call I clearly explained that I required a in-person appointment for the first visit as an accommodation. However less than 24 hrs before my scheduled appointment—an appointment that had been booked two weeks in advance—I was informed that it would be changed to telehealth visit. Additionally the office called me twice the week before asking if I could come in during the day even though I already explained that I work during daytime hours. The lack of attention to my stated needs and the last/minute change felt unprofessional and frustrating.”
