What patients say on Google

“This practice stinks. I have been trying to get a therapist with them for months. Issues that have arised Everytime you call to schedule they don't schedule, they have to call you back to schedule. Annoying. I was connected with a therapist that I saw for 1 month. This therapist recommended a book that she didn't even read herself and she admitted it when I confronted her. How does someone recommended something they haven't read as a treatment for someone else. Waste of time. I called the receptionist and asked for a new therapist and said my reasons why and was told they will call back to schedule. Did not hear from them for a month until I called them back. I then went thru the process again, someone will call you back to schedule. Bear in mind I gave very accessible availability. Didn't hear back and called again. I then talked to a receptionist who wanted to go over my information. She then said "you are looking for treatment for a trauma diagnosis". I asked if that was stated on my file because I have never been to a doctor who diagnosed me with a condition. She then started to panic and said she misspoke and nothing is listed on my file. I then asked if she diagnosed me off the top of her head and she said she was thinking of someone else. I then asked for a manager. I have been speaking with the manager Tanya for the past week trying to schedule. She cannot find any availability and sent me outside of the practice which is booked as well. She then found me a therapist and I was relieved. Then the next day she called me and said I can't see her because my nephew is seeing this therapist. I asked for my nephews name and stated our last name is a common one. She said she can't disclose his name. I then asked well how do you know it's the same family. They said they therapist said so. How is that verification if there is no name. I said that is not acceptable and was told to find a new practice. They are the worst and receptionist are clueless. Waste of time, money and resources. Go somewhere else if they have availability. Side thing too. Their not cheap and they text. I asked in the beginning for them to stop that practice.”

“I had a positive start with my therapist, Natalia Balagulska! She asked questions that hadn't been explored in my previous two years of therapy. Additionally, she assigned me "homework" to complete between sessions, ensuring that our time together is productive and focused. Now I look forward to my therapy sessions knowing that I will learn something new or be able to revise techniques I hadn’t before.”

“I unfortunately never had a session with the practice, but not for lack of trying! I left several messages with their call center, (you can't speak with the actual practice until you have an appointment) and was finally able to reach someone and booked an appointment. However, I was not given a choice as to which therapist I wanted to see, and, since the call center couldn't give me rate information, I was put back in a loop of calling and leaving messages with no response. Finally, two days before the scheduled appointment, I was told they charge $250 per session if I went through insurance. So, I cancelled. Everyone would have saved time and energy had they been upfront about their rates!”

“I cannot recommend this practice enough. In the past 10 years, I have attempted to find a therapist that would listen to me and actually provide concrete advisement and use different means to help me with post traumatic experiences and issues. Three different therapists and I never felt like I had a good ‘fit.’ From the first day to now, a little over a few years, I have grown so much and experienced a great deal of resolution in everyday issues that I didn’t see before. The careful attention and constant new methods to help me further myself, in my growth, is always inspiring and so helpful. Such a great fit! So great that I recommend them to friends in the area, with families and even within support groups that I volunteer with.”
