“My therapist (Amy) here missed more than 50% of my appointments over 4 months with weekly appointments set up. She forgot about every other appointment. She would call me to schedule appointments that were already scheduled. At the end of the appointments she showed up to, she would reschedule over slots that we already had scheduled. Then she wouldnt show up for them. I waited months for someone available that took my insurance and this service is literally worse than no service at all. When I complained, they said okay we will cancel all of your appointments.”
