I have a different outlook—and honestly, a different in-look—than I ever thought possible. KAP is not the same as getting ketamine mailed to you or going to an infusion clinic (both of which I personally feel lack effectiveness and unethical). The therapy part, the structure, the integration sessions, the safe environment, and the guidance of an experienced and compassionate practitioner like Dr G, who knows what they’re doing and genuinely cares about his patients—those are the pieces that made the difference for me. As all therapies, there are different methods of ketamine treatment and the different clinics out there. “This was unfortunately a horrible expierence for me. I set up a phone consult appointment, and the day of the appointment, now a full 7 days ago, i never got called. I called them several times, 4 or 5 to be exact. To no answer. I live out on johns island and i ended up driving all the way to the office. There was no one there when i arrived, and at that point i was at a loss and started crying heavily. I ended up having to call out "is anyone here" and thats when someone finally came down. They could not get ahold of the therapist i was supposed to have an appointment with (truely hope shes alright). I was then told that i would be contacted to get on the books asap as i was clearly struggeling and needed help. They have been radio silent since, and at this point, there is nothing that could be done to save me as a client. I am very. VERY LUCKY that i have a support system and people who are able to help me when im in crisis, as i was able to get myself stable enough to find another therapist. Who responds. In a timely mannor. Leaving this review as a warning to anyone who needs immidete help, and is drawn in by their website and alluring therapy methods. This was a truely, awful expierence that i sincerely hope is fixed immidetely.”
