Sonya even went out of her way to snail mail me a card for encouragement. I can't say enough about the care I get here!”

The innovation, compassion, and dedication to patients is second to none! If I call to make an appointment, Aly returns my call very quickly. If I have questions about a bill, the billing person, whose name I can’t recall, is responsive and helpful. I have never had an issue with refill requests or being billed for services which are not rendered. The consents and paperwork, which are renewed yearly, are very clear about late cancellations and no-shows. This is customary in any mental health practice, actually, in any medical practice. If I did have an issue, I am confident, a face-to-face conversation, as opposed to a review online, would rectify the situation promptly. All this to say, I cannot recommend this mental health practice enough!”

“I was not able to attend my follow-up visit due to waking up feeling sick. I called the office as soon as they opened and the receptionist notified me that my provider Rachel would list it as a same-day cancellation with $150 fee in order to reschedule. I understand this is listed in procedural documents, but $150 at a time when many people are experiencing economic hardship is unacceptable. This amount is incredibly high compared to other providers. The receptionist informed me that I should have given at least 24 hours of notice of cancellation, so if you are sick the day of your appointment you will be penalized for $150.”
