What patients say on Google
“I have mixed reviews to share. Our therapist is fantastic as is the receptionist. Always a pleasant experience. However, we had an appointment to see the Dr, scheduled 4 months away. A week before that appointment, I received a phone call to cancel the appointment stating the dr would not be in that day. It was rescheduled for another 3 months out. This infuriated me but unfortunately there are no other options in the area that accept medicaid so my child just has to suffer and wait. Hope the Dr enjoyed her spontaneous vacation...”
“Does not listen to how meds affects me including on the job. Paperwork needed for job is mostly a no. Case manager spent our appointment times shopping for her family when she would show and the help and resources she claimed she would help me find when she popped up at my residence with her supervisor never materlized. This place just taught me there is no help. I will no longer be medicated or even trying. 10 years of trying while being ignored is more than enough. Lesson learned”
“Our therapists have been wonderful. Our first therapist took another job but she was kind enough to sit on sessions with his new therapist as he adjusted. One can not fault someone else for bettering themselves. My understanding new therapist have to work under someone for a year before being allowed to proceed to the next step of their own practicing business. This may explain the revolving door of therapist. We have been very fortunate with the two we have had. I do think management may not take or listen very well to suggestions or input for therapist from what I have seen. But with any job there's always two different sides to every thing. Just our experience.”
“This new way to set up your appointment is not great at all they send here or there to get to the front desk still don't be no answer this way is trash you got to keep calling damn near the whole day just to get through to someone y'all should have just kept it like it was give the appointment the same day”
