What patients say on Google

“While they have some great providers, their intake and administrative processes could use improvement. Additionally, not all providers maintain waitlists. It'd be helpful to indicate that on the website.”

“I want to start this off by saying I loved the person I was seeing and don't blame her one bit, but I blame the people who control and run the business. I was never someone who took therapy seriously but I have had a hard life and the past few years have taken a severe toll on my physical and mental health. I eventually got the courage to FINALLY ask for real help. I went to a doctor who helped me down the path of finding Inclusive Therapy. I've been going to them every 2 weeks for the past few months and loved it. I felt I had a place I could share some dark things to without feeling judge but I felt heard and was given very helpful tips. Unfortunately this past week ive been severely sick. The day of my appointment (2/23) was the worst I woke up and could barely breathe. At about 8am I made the decision to cancel my appointment cause why in the world would I risk getting someone else sick and I could barely move. She was understanding and canceled my appointment and I rescheduled. She mentioned a cancelation fee. This is the problem, when I thought about cancelation fee I thought it would cost the same as the rest of my appointments (30 dollars) NOPE! They charged me 100 dollars. Im not made of money and that completely drained my spending account until I can get paid the following week. I felt there was no real compassion to my situation but was only told about the documents I signed and "agreed" to. Im so devastated and feel so betrayed. So they want you to show up sick and spread germs? I really can’t wrap my head around this.”

“Inclusive counseling is a well ran organization. Communication is great and never delayed. I enjoy speaking w my therapist, as she is gentle and soft spoken. I highly recommend, regardless of what you are going through. I suffer from anxiety and while my therapist listens to me ramble for an hour straight, she provides reassurance and great coping mechanisms on how to deal w anxiety and everyday stress. I cannot thank you enough!”

“I did my due diligence with making sure that the company and therapist take my insurance. I'm on a fixed income and cannot afford $170 per visit so this is why it's extremely important to find someone that takes my insurance. The person I spoke to over the phone assured me that they do take it. I even asked several times just to be sure and everytime they said yes. Now here I am with a $170 bill and a email that says they cannot figure out how to run my insurance and they want a credit card payment. You have no idea how devastating this experience has been for me. I have been looking for a therapist that takes my insurance for years now and I thought I had finally found someone that not only takes my insurance but someone that I felt comfortable opening up to and after my first and only visit with my therapist, I thought I found someone that could help me. The search for a therapist is draining, exhausting and it involves being re-traumatized all over again. Opening up to someone about why I am in therapy is extremely hard to do. For the company to drop the ball like this and leave me out to dry is unprofessional and just plain not ok in my opinion. **I did my due diligence with checking my insurance before making the appointment.** **Had I known they don't take Medicaid through United, I would have never made the appointment.** For new clients maybe get it in writing that they do take your insurance before proceeding. There's only so much a person can do when it comes to being sure that they take insurance and of course know how to run it/charge it. I'm disabled and this is how we fall through the cracks in the Healthcaresystem, not that anyone cares.”
