“Stay far far away from this practice. Booked an appointment through Zoc Doc for my partner and the text scheduler was incredibly cold and unhelpful when we had trouble with understanding how to “schedule”. They told us the quicker you fill out the paperwork and pay the $350 fee, you get first choice of appointments the following day. Zoc doc said sliding scale and they refused to implement or let us apply because it was the day before the appt. Doctor he spoke with misdiagnosed him and upon asking for a point of contact for her to update inaccurate information immediately after the session (she also cut the session earlier than 1 hour) that would change the diagnosis, he was told to rebook and pay a fee again. This company gatekeeps their doctors and doesn't allow you to even contact them for any reason without paying again even if its just to update inaccurate medical info. Clearly they do not care about their patients. Feels more like a snake oil salesman rather than a doctor. Ive never heard of not being able to send a message to your doctor without paying. Run far from this practice.”
