She was willing to work with me on several barriers to care and adjust to Telehealth visits due to my ever changing work schedule. I can't tell how much her empathy and caring nature helped me in my time of need. She listened and made suggestions that truely helped. I can't tell you how much she had helped through some challenging times and changed a truely challenging path. Thank you Charlie for caring about what you do and the people you do it for !!!!”

“Office staff is extremely rude; is quick to point out your mistakes or blame you when they make mistakes. They mishandled my appt and how it was scheduled and blamed me. Then entered my bday wrong after confirming it twice and blamed me again. Then when calling to ask how to log in was told “she has two ahead of you” when it was my appointment time. Then got in with doc and she kept her head resting on her hand the entire time partially laying like she was trying to lie down. She spoke quickly. Never asked me any questions about myself. Only asked what meds have I used. She threw out more meds and then signed off. Horrible experience!!!”

“Our experience was amazing! The lady who works at the front desk is on top of her stuff! She is kind and friendly makes you feel so welcome! The doctor was everything my daughter needed to feel comfortable. Her tone, words, perspective and questions were everything!!! We walked away feeling like my daughter mattered and everyone is invested in her mental health. If you are looking for help especially for your teenager, this place is heaven sent!”

“Horrible experience. The prices are outrageous for a 10-15 minute conversation. She does not care about what you have to say and looks bored the entire time. I expressed there was something that I wanted help with and she completely ignored it. Prescribed me medication. When I came back for a 3 week evaluation I told her that the medication was not working and it was making me extremely irritable. She then decided to DOUBLE MY DOSE. Then didn't even send the pharmacy the correct prescription. Horrible DO NOT GO.”
