What patients say on Google

“I was in need of services and I thought I was getting just that. I met with Dr. Joseph over the phone or video call a total of 4 times I believe in the few months I was a patient there. I was never given appointment times for him only Ester and the secretary is terrible at giving an appropriate answer to questions. The last time I spoke with Dr. Joseph was around December 5th. It is February now and still haven't heard from him. I have messaged the secretary and asked to not be seen anymore. I feel that I was failed by them.”

“I've been going to therapy at Impact Carolina for about 11-12 years now. My therapist, Dr. Joseph Adedokun has always been a very compassionate, and understanding Doctor! He doesn't just see "you as a new patient" he see's you as a person, who needs guidance and compassion. Whether with one, or many diffrent psychological and/or contributing physical challenges, and then gets started on day one of your appointment. He treats his patients with dignity and respect, and is always available in crisis, whether in person or by phone. He gives his patients such fresh perspectives on obstacles that hinder them on their life's journey! And helps them meet these obstacles in a more manageable way! And he never rushes his patients out the door, that is so important when dealing with mental health issues! His nurse practitioner is one sweet and caring nurse! She is genuine and always asks how your medications are working, how your sleeping, and if there are any concerns you may have. She is a dedicated practitioner who cares deeply for her patients! I would recommend Impact Carolina to anyone who wants so badly to be valued and understood! The receptionist is thorough with making appts.and getting messages to the therapists as soon as possible! She has many necessary functions at this practice and I know if I call, with a concern ect, she will handle it then and there! So, if your tired of being rushed in and out of doctors offices and feel you obstacles are not being taken seriously, then I highly recommend Impact Carolina!”

“This has been the most unprofessional group I've ever encountered. I have been without meds almost a month. I asked the Dr would any of this medicine make me gain weight. She said No. Well 20lbs in 1 month. My weight loss Dr called and asked what was going on. One of the meds I was placed on is responsible for massive weight gain..I will be reporting this foolishness to my insurance company. Please take your mental health seriously and ask those questions. Don't just let anyone because they hold a title tell you anything”

“☆☆BEWARE☆☆ if I could give impact negative 5☆ i would because it is truly a horrible place stay far away from impact Carolina if you have anything more then just seasonal light depression and you need a real Psychiatrist that actually care about something other than how much money they can make off you. This place will do nothing but make things worse for you. Going there trying to get help was one of the worst mistakes of my life. They should be shut down because they do not care your best interests or your mental health just how much money they can make off of you.”
