“Immigrant Dr asked questions about my medical record that had nothing to do with why I was there to be seen. Extremely judgemental towards me. Then I took my autistic non-verbal 6yr old in to have them check her ears bcuz she was screaming out in pain and he recommended that I go to the ER instead bcuz he didn't trust his own opinion on whether her ear canal looked red or swollen & figured the hospital would have better equipment to assist us. The hospital used the exact same thing he did on her ears and told me they could see perfectly fine into her ear canal and didn't understand why he couldn't treat her himself. Packing a disabled child in distress back up into a car to drive to another place wasn't easy. But we powered through it like the warriors we are and got her taken care of. I wouldn't recommend Immediate Care in New Castle IN to anyone!”

“Went there today with our daughter who went there 11 months ago and we seen so many negative reviews and 11 months ago we were treated great got the medication our child needed and in And out within a hour, today our daughter was seen immediately no wait time at all, my kid was there for another double ear infection, no wait time medicine called in right away, doctor note for school and we were there maybe 15 min tops! I don’t know why so many ppl have experienced such bad service here but we have nothing but positive experiences here And will continue to take our kids here. We truly appreciate the fast service and giving my kid exactly what she needed for her ear infections. Thank you Amanda”

“I have had excellent care here and the people are always nice and friendly..BUT, someone dropped the ball big time this morning… Many people were waiting for check in this morning, nobody was there, absolutely NO ONE.. doors were all unlocked.. Called hospital to see if they knew any reason no employees there and why doors were all unlocked.. Highly unprofessional and a big safety issue..”

“Update, so I left a review about 11 months ago and after reading lots of reviews I was very skeptical about taking my child here but I did and wanted to give an update on our experience, we were in and out within a hour, my kid had an ear infection they called her in amoxicillin I think immediately and treated her very well. Now other ppl on here had bad experiences and I think it’s which doctor you see and I know you can’t choose who you see, however I know the urgent care on memorial drive I had a terrible experience there and is why I went to this urgent care despite the negative reviews and again they treated my kid great and gave her medicine for her ear infection. The other urgent care on memorial drive, we were there for 4 hours and there was only 1 person in the lobby and they came in after us, the doctor would not give us a doctor note for my child missing school that day for her being sick with phenomia but said she will excuse her for the next day and the day after just not for the day we came in? What!!! We are there Cuz she’s sick and needed a note for school not for the next few days only but also for the day we were there! So my kid wasn’t excused for missing that first day and the doctor took hours to call her medicine in and it was a medication I never heard of and the dosage amount was so much my kid couldn’t even tolerate 5ml and doctor had her taking like 30ml every 4 hours and I tasted it to see why my kid almost puked from it and it was the grossest medicine ever, white and tasted like chalk and she gave us 4 huge bottles full of it and You don’t refrigerate it. I personally think this doctor gave my kid this medicine on purpose knowing she could’ve gave her simple amoxicillin and been good to go. I’ll never go to the urgent care on memorial drive but will go to the one by the ymca”
