What patients say on Google

“I love my provider and the front staff is extremely nice and helpful. They always greet me by name and remember my check-in preferences. Anytime I've had to leave a message, they've called me back immediately. They also offer telehealth, which is a very nice option to have in the event of unexpected illness.”

“I experienced extreme rudeness from the counter staff, lack of care to communicate, understand or rectify appointments or solutions to things outside of one’s control, a speediness to charge unfairly, and trouble communicating with pharmacies to send medication needed. I could have gotten over a lot but the rudeness and lack of care hit home, during a time of extreme need for mental health awareness and kindness. They were unprofessional and unkind. Oh and please make sure you don’t go over 10 minutes of late time instead of the normal 15 minutes. They will charge you asap! It’s on the bottom of the letter you received at the very beginning- first meeting them, is what they told me, the 5 minute difference. I had an hour visit scheduled as well but instead of calling me they quickly let someone else in my place. I accidentally called the wrong number in my hurry. But the punishment after waiting weeks for this appointment was again unprofessional and shocking. Needless to say I told them to take me off their list. Response to owners reply 6:03pm: I appreciate the fact that you responded. Thank you for that. I also understand the domino effect of appointment after appointment. This makes little sense because she would have still been seeing me. My appointment was not over yet. Nonetheless, in the future, I understand that you say that it was in the intro paperwork, but my provider did not review the 10 minutes or reference it as you mentioned. He also, or and no one definitely did not continuously throughout the practice of time review this shortening of generalized grace period that your practice practices. It seems deceiving. I know this is all he said she said at this time. Even so, the rudeness that I experienced is not up to anyone’s expectations. Therefore that was not an apology just deflection again. I do not appreciate that. I want all future patients to be presented with the honesty we deserve, nothing less. I will gladly find another provider who does not view me as a number, a dollar sign, and someone who is disposable. I am not. We matter. Good day. Also, thank you, for replying to”

“This is one of the nicest places I have ever been in Jackson, TN. I was hesitant to seek care there. I have had nothing but a great experience there. Don’t always judge from reviews. Go yourself and find out first hand! I saw Anna Cook briefly once during my first visit with Brandi Holt. Anna came in to explain genesight to me. Anna was very nice to me. Brandi Holt is an excellent NP. She’s knowledgeable, caring and understanding. Reviews spoke of being given meds and more meds. This hasn’t been true with Brandi. Brandi has the knowledge not to prescribe meds that she knows aren’t going to benefit me. I met Amy at the front desk my last visit. I can’t say enough good about Amy. She will help you in anyway she can. I had spoken with her on the phone once & she was extremely nice. I haven’t had one bad experience at iMind. I find it to be totally opposite from anything I had read or heard. Please let this be a reminder, you can’t go by others. Experience it yourself and then you’ll have “your own experience.” Everyone isn’t going to have the same experience. Everyone can’t be pleased. Perhaps they didn’t get what they wanted or what they were looking for. IDK, because each person seeking help is different. Yes, the paperwork there is many pages. However, this could be because some haven’t followed the “rules.” I can see why it’s necessary to complete so many pages before your first appointment. If you choose medication, don’t think you will be given multiple prescriptions. I now Brandi has the knowledge that she will not do this. She’s very cautious, very understanding. She doesn’t rush you out the door with meds that she knows will not help you. Mental health is important. Even though you choose the medication, rather than therapy. If she thinks you’re in need of therapy, she will tell you. She hasn’t prescribed one antidepressant or one antianxiety for me. I highly recommend IMind, Anna Cook & Brandi Holt. If therapy is needed, you have options. You may choose a therapist. You will not be told who you have to see. Brandi will tell you that you have options. Brandi will not give you medications that she knows will not benefit you. Yes, I have repeated myself. I’m only stressing what I know from my experience. Above all, don’t judge what others feel.”

“I really like my provider. She has helped me so much with my meds, but the front desk service is lacking and they’re kind of rude. I have tried to call for several days in a row and reschedule my appt, and no one ever answers the phone. Literally every time I call no one answers. It’s very annoying! I finally got through to them because I just started calling over and over back to back just for them to tell me they’re charging me $100 to reschedule when I have been calling since last week. No thanks! I will be finding somewhere else to go which is a shame because my doctor was great! I work at a very busy urgent care and the only front desk we have still manages to answer the phone or if anything, put the person on hold. Y’all really need to reevaluate your front desk staff. With the others reviews, it seems most of the problems are with the front desk!”
