“It's been 3 months since my child's testing appointment (more than 6 weeks since his final appt too) and I still haven't received the final paperwork. Absolutely do NOT go here if you need your paperwork for treatment. Calling and leaving a voicemail doesn't get you any help either. This place is an absolute joke.”

“I was referred, had my intake back in Dec 2025. Beginning of Jan I had my testing with Spencer, he was great! Took over 2 weeks to schedule me for my follow up, now I am long awaiting the “official diagnosis paperwork” They say it takes 4-6 weeks to receive it, which is outrageous! I got my results at my follow up, but can’t have my Pysch property treat me until we have the “official paperwork” That is a long wait, just as well as anyone else in these reviews. Every other type of “tests” you don’t have to wait that long.. Such a high demand, but not enough workers to handle it. Today is Fri March 6th, Monday March 9th marks 6 weeks since I had the behavioral assessment, still no report available I have called twice, once this week and once last week and I get told the same thing “please allow 4-6 weeks for it to become available” Update: It has been 6 weeks and still nothing!!! Time to contact the Attorney General & MDHHS. I have an appointment with my psychiatrist on Tuesday, how much you wanna bet it will not be available still?? Time to reach out to a few people.”

“Worst place ever. My son got evaluated three years ago now and never got any report. I eventually gave up trying to contact them. I call and call and never get a call back. Now my son needs paperwork of a diagnosis so he can get on a school plan and guess what. I don’t have it! This place is awful. Do not go here. Three years and no report and no call back.”

“Over a year later and still no report for my child. I now have to home school him since the school can’t accommodate him without paperwork. I will be reporting this center to my insurance for fraud. Over a year for paperwork is ridiculous. And based off these reviews this what y’all do, take your sweet time as if people aren’t coming here for help for their children.”
