“My actual therapist was fine, but I was never able to speak to someone in the office or on the phone about my insurance questions. I called and left a voicemail and never received a call back, so I emailed and got a response within minutes. I'm not sure why I could never speak with someone on the phone, only through email. When I decided to end therapy here because of the poor communication, it took them only two minutes to send me my final bill. Weird, seems like they care more about me paying my copay than me. It's problematic to not be able to speak to someone, what if I was in crisis and didn't know who to call? Luckily I wasn't, but who's to say the next call they don't answer won't be someone in crisis.”
