“only my second visit. i like him so far but i don’t like when you check in. you walk up to the window and they act like you’re not there. won’t even make eye contact if they’re on the phone. same today. my option is just sit down and wait but when that window opens, i just stay in my seat and answer questions from my chair. so far never anybody in the waiting room so i don’t mind.”

“Dr.Freeman was great! I had my first appointment less than a week ago. He was a great doctor willing to do what was needed for my specific needs. I felt comfortable to speak with him it was the first time I felt comfortable talking to a psychiatrist. Staff was friendly from the first day I called to request an appointment. A before I left the office at my first appointment the staff let me know to call if there was anything I needed or if anything came up to give them a call for my follow up appointment. Very satisfied with my experience.”
