“I’ve been seeing Taylor since early 2026, and I couldn’t be more grateful that she came into my life. After more than 40 years of seeing psychiatrists, my experience has generally been that medication management is their primary focus, and the talk therapy side has always been somewhat lacking. Taylor is the first psychiatric provider I’ve had who has completely changed that experience for me. She’s a great listener and gives me straightforward, honest answers, even when she knows I may not like the answer. That’s something I specifically asked of her, and I appreciate knowing she’s going to tell me what she really thinks rather than simply what I want to hear. Taylor is personal, patient with my needs, and flexible with both in-office and telehealth appointments. She also has a great sense of humor, which matters to me because humor has some pretty fantastic healing qualities. She offers perspectives that have helped me look at situations in my life differently, and that’s something I really value. Of course, Taylor also takes care of my medication management, but what makes her so different for me is everything that happens beyond that. She listens, she talks things through with me, she’s honest, and she’s really taken the time to understand who I am. One thing I really appreciate is her ability to help me look at situations from a different perspective. She has helped me get unstuck and see things in a new way, several times. She also helped me navigate starting Zoloft and has been there to answer questions and make adjustments as needed. “Very disappointed when reaching out for an appointment, telling them that I desperately need to talk to someone and the only thing they care to tell me was that "it depends on what insurance you have" and "there is a 4-6 week wait for an appointment". Responded with a question about the availability of emergency services and didn't even get a reply. Obviously a very caring bunch (said with sarcasm). I will certainly be letting my PC know to not refer any more patients to this group.”
