“Security doesn’t have access to case workers, then you schedule appointments for visiting and when you get there, your name is not on the list. My wife’s family had traveled 3 times with appointment scheduled and couldn’t get in, because no one had their names on the list. It’s more like a prison, they have no respect for the families which are suffering with their relatives.”
