“My son has been going to hbh for 20 years. We had to find other services because EVERYONE that works here is rude! I will NEVER recommend this place. Our story is way to long to put into words and it's not worth my time. WARNING DO NOT GO HERE!!. I would recommend Helious they are located in Chesterfield. They do on line appointments. My son totally bonded with his psychiatrist she totally listens. It's nice to sit in your own home and have good care. My son also is receiving counseling services as well. They accept Medicaid. ✌️”

“I used to go here many moons ago. One of the councilors tried to tell me I do to much which is pretty messed up when I have a family to take care of you can never do to much for your family. Dont let negative people ruine your day either!!”

“In the last year, I have had to switch therapists 4 different times. The therapist quit and then I have to be assigned to another new one. The new ones stay on only a month to 6 months only. I honestly just want a therapist that stays. If I could find another place to take my insurance, I wouldn't hesitate to leave. I'm now on therapist number 5 or 6 from there. My first therapist was around for a year or so before she retired. Now it's just been turnovers. I really am discouraged by this.”

“They are a joke. I was scheduling my adults son phycology appointments all of a sudden you can't. Even they stopped sending appointment reminders with text. They refuse to reschedule a appointment I made for my son. On top of everything I requested to speak to management not the case manager..”
