“I’m currently a client of them. We had a fire back in March here we are in August and I’m still here. I have serious water damage My Ceilings are heavy and full of black mold. We had mold and mushrooms growing from the floor. You can still smell the smell and mildew. I made them fully aware that my daughter is an asthma. You can still smell the smell and mildew. I made them fully aware that my daughter is an asthmatic and they still have me in here. There’s a hole in my bathroom with a garbage bag in it and I feel like people are watching me and my daughter’s from the apartment above and nobody is helping me. They just allow me and my family to deal with this form of neglect. I’m about to do another review with intensive pictures and And a photo thread of what I had to encounter from the Neglect of this agency.”
“great services including housing, Hope House and the Living Room where staff are available and caring..”
“I have had nothing but good experience, great advice, peer specialist who really care about you they have gone above and beyond to help me, but what people don't understand is that you have to put in the work to get something out of it. I love and respect all the staff and will always refer them here it got me through some really tough times and I thank God for that 🙏 💯 🙌 ❤️ keep up the good work yall”
“This was the most consequential place my whole life.. I went for help and didn't get it at a time I needed it very bad and I couldn't get in touch with a supervisor... And my case was a mess and I didn't understand why this organization would ever do this to me.. to a person's whole life... I don't understand. Ever. And it hurt my feelings to be nothing to anyone to help me. Don't go. Really. My housing and my services were a complete mess.. I lost everything.. and they just let that happen.. and there was no recourse.. to fix anything. How was I gonna to put everything together when the case manager wont speak and SPOA was getting in touch with her for housing? I lost therapist and medication services...And it was more of a kind of relationship where she promised after my grandmother died she would stay with the case.. and now I don't know what to do without this promise & assistance..I mean, my grandma was my last family so I hope it's clear why this would be so confusing..”
