“I would not recommend sending your love ones here.. the supervision is POOR. Some of the workers have nasty attitudes especially the ones we had to deal with and will beat around the bush to give you any information on your loved one. They never know what’s going on. You can never get in touch with the social worker. They don’t even know the BASIC CODES. Half of them aren’t even licensed, they just make up their own titles. Praying they do not treat your loved one like they did mine and do not experience what we have with this place... my loved one that was a patient there that we just recently got him out of that place, was abused by a WORKER, the worker was fired but hired back in the past year while my loved one was still there and also was viciously attacked by a patient there…”

“No one ever answers the phone, for weeks and you can leave a voicemail and no returns calls. No one calls until it's time to do a case management call because it's mandatory so they can bill and get paid for it.”

“Terrible agency. They don't treat their clients good at all. Would never recommend.”
