“The Clinicians at Hourglass are wonderful! They truly care about the wellbeing of their clients. They do uphold healthy professional boundaries (such as a late cancellation and no show fees), but you consent to those policies before your first session when you sign up for counseling services. If anyone were to ever be upset (or feel caught off guard) by one of their policies…they clearly didn’t take the time to read the contracts they were signing. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Hourglass. They are very supportive, client centered, and encourage you to fully embrace your healing journey!”

“Worst administration I have ever seen. They will charge you a cancellation fee for an appointment that was never made. When you bring it to their attention they will go back and change things around and charge you for a cancellation fee that was waived due to illness. Beware and watch your statement with these people.”
