“So Dr. Janjua and Pura are both very nice. I am grateful for all the help I have received at Horinz. However, the reason for the three stars is for the fact that they completely stop doing telehealth and I don't live close by so I have to drive 40 minutes one way at least once a month. Sometimes twice a month. And that's a lot for me. Places like this are supposed to be helpful to those who are mentally ill. Not stress them out. And I'm not a fan of the area so it does stress me out. I don't mind coming in to see Pura every 3 months. But I do mind driving there to see Dr. Janjua for 10 minutes max to answer questions when I can just do that over the phone. I like you guys and I sincerely ask that you would consider changing this policy. Please consider going back to telehealth as an option.”
