“This is the BEST therapy center ever! I came here over a year ago, not thinking it was for me. I always thought mental therapy was a scam. Ive tried 2 other places, and it was a horrible experience, I almost gave up. 1 day I was online, I googled a therapist near me and this one showed up. I called, and Deborah Allen answered, and when I tell you how comfortable she made me feel over the phone, I just had to come in. She introduced me to Vanessa Williams (the med therapist) and Justina Gray. My life and thoughts on therapy hasn’t been the same. Fast forward a year later and I couldn’t be more happier with the experience. I’m a better person, I feel better about myself and life and I couldn’t ask for a better situation. If there is any MALES reading this review, and you not sure about therapy, please give them a try. You will NOT be disappointed! Thank you to everyone involved in this practice in this office. I definitely believe because of this office, I’m able to hold pieces together in my life that I felt was shattered prior to coming here. “I have been with Mrs. Allen since 2018 and I will tell anyone seeking therapy she is hands down the best! So easy to talk to with great guidance. Her team is on top of things. The manager Tiffany is such a great helpful person. My PRP worker Maria let me tell you she's a keeper she helps me with everything from appointments, resources, just anything I need help with I feel so comfortable with her. This team is awesome. If your looking for a place that really cares about you and your well-being this is the place.”

“I was a former client with this unprofessional firm. Firstly, to all the new patients or people looking for any mental health care, DO NOT COME HERE, you will be left with additional mental illnesses or symptoms worsening due to lack of care. Let's start with the "owner" of Horizons, Debra Hallen. Debra was informed about unethical practices within her firm and she disregarded it. Debra tried to pretend that she was unaware of the details regarding why I was calling, Debra is also withholding my medical records of being treated here. After I explained the situation to Debra, she insisted that I should follow up with my complaint to the board to report this but clearly Debra is dealing with her own mental illness because within that same call she contradicted herself and tried to say Winifred the psychiatrist didn't diagnosis me until I kept saying she did diagnosis me. Finally, Debra confesses that my medical records are in "archive" and apparently takes 2 weeks to receive. Debra needs to be investigated along with the employees she hires at this firm. Debra is trying to protect herself from the psychiatrists and therapists she hired that has unethical work practices. Debra is withholding the name of the therapist that was seeing me and referred me to the psychiatrist, Winifred Melinda Kargbo who gave me a list of diagnosis after having a FULL session with Winifred. Winifred followed up via email for me to complete an assessment. After sending the assessment back to Winifred, both Winifred & the therapist went MIA without any formal notice. This business and the therapists here do not care about the wellbeing of patients. Debra doesn't know how to handle herself in a professional manner, she states on the phone that I told the therapist I was going to school in Virginia, and I shouldn't have lied about where I resided. I'm looking forward to the records that I said I go to school in Virginia because thats news to me. Not only is Debra a pathological liar but also creating a false narrative of the situation to prevent consequences on behalf of herself and employees. I have my own evidence of the unethical practices at this firm and also, proof that these therapists have no problem going against their protocols and laws. Looking forward to the investigation into this entire business. Debra a new profession is calling your name because this is clearly not the right career path for you. I feel so sorry for other patients that had to endure such behavior.”
