“Id give 0 stars if i could. Their scheduling is the worst of any office ive ever experienced. And they dont tell you that you have to arrive 20minutes early to your appointment. And if you dont you lose your appointment. Then they gas light you by saying they told you the 20 minute early time even though you have your message saying when and where your appointment is. Goodluck with your 3-6month wait list to speak to a therapist as well. Your mental health is anything but their priority here.”

Initia Walker is a standout! She is calm, consistent, and level headed. She communicates effectively and provides a clear understanding. She is the case manager for both of my children. “Sierra from the CSB came across as very rude, unknowledgeable, and inept at her job. I am Beyond shocked that she is employed in the mental health field when she seemingly has no knowledge about anything pertaining to mental health. I am shocked that Horizon would hire professionals who do not possess basic common sense and are living in la la land.”

“The people seem friendly. I love my Dr. She's patient, caring and actually listens to me. I've been going here for yrs and only had a couple of hiccups (scheduling and my ability to get there on time)Otherwise so far everything's been good. Would recommend to others.”
