How likely are you to recommend HopeFull Counseling and Psychiatry, LLC?
“I would just like to state that I’m so very thankful I came across Hopefull Counseling and Psychiatry LLC. I was having some things going on with my child and due to his age it made things very difficult and it was getting so hard that my child was facing trouble at school. Cindy Smith did everything she possibly could to help and make sure he was treated fairly. From the moment I first spoke with her in personal I knew that I wanted her to be my child’s therapist. She has helped put my mind at ease. She is as honest as it gets and she will help you with arms wide open and she listens, she checks in and we appreciate her so much.”
“Unethical and irresponsible communication for a mental health practice. I got no response from anyone at anytime. We wasted time creating a profile because their automated system told us to, and then we were completely ignored.”
“Had a very unfortunate experience here. After coordinating both therapy and psychiatry appointments with HopeFull, I ran into some basic issues with professionalism. After showing up 10 minutes early to ensure that I had all my documentation, vitals, and screening done correctly, I proceeded to wait in the lobby for approximately 40 minutes to get in and see my providers. This happened twice, both with a therapist AND a psychiatrist on seperate occasions. After the 40 minute wait for the latter, I was told by the receptionist that they 'were unable to get in contact with the psychiatrist today'. For those of you looking for a dependable provider that will be worth taking work off in order to see, please look somewhere else.”
“So far so good! I have had one appointment with Cindy, the initial consultation, and she was so sweet! The receptionist was very nice as well, very personable. Dr. G, I do not want to butcher spelling his name, Was very pleasant as well. I haven't seen many therapists or Psychiatrists but so far this has been a great experience. I am excited to continue this journey and see where it takes me. Only thing that bothered me was that they did not have an appointment for therapy available until January and I had my initial visit was at the end of November. I say it bothered me but I completely understand it is the holidays, so I will hold tight and look forward to our next meeting!!!!!!”
