How likely are you to recommend Hope419 Ontario?
What patients say on Google
“Amazing office and even more amazing staff. They love their job, and you can tell. That is so important to me in counseling. Highly recommended to me by a friend, and I highly recommend too.”
“Dr. Wilson, nurse practitioners and the therapists have shown me there is light at the end of the tunnel. They have literally saved my life many times. I appreciate their compassion and passion, for what each of them do, despite the mood I may be in at the time. They ROCK!!! I highly recommend them for you or your loved ones metal health needs.”
“I had been a patient at this facility for almost five years. Initially, under Dr. Wilson’s care, I felt supported and well-managed. However, after Dr. Wilson’s departure, the quality of care significantly declined. I was frequently transferred between different PAs, resulting in a lack of continuity and understanding of my medical history. Additionally, I experienced persistent difficulties in scheduling timely appointments. Referrals often fell through, with no follow-up calls or communication from the facility. My attempts to be educated about and establish alternatives to my medication were never encouraged or taken seriously. This inconsistency led to a new diagnosis that altered my treatment plan, discontinuing medications that were crucial for my daily functioning. Since then, my condition has deteriorated. Two years ago, a therapist who later left the practice looked at me with concern and asked if I genuinely felt supported there. I lied and said I did to avoid making them feel bad, but the truth was that I felt unsupported, especially during some of the darkest moments of my life, as I do now. The absence of consistent, personalized care, coupled with administrative inefficiencies and a lack of support for exploring medication alternatives, has been profoundly disappointing. I cannot recommend this facility to anyone seeking reliable and continuous psychiatric care.”
“I've received treatment from other facilities to only be half listened to or treated with little respect. My care team at Hope419 has done 150% more for me in six months then any other facilities in the area. Sarah, Racheal and Shea are angels. You want the best for you, a family member or others you care about and for, then this is the best place to go.”
