“Counselor ghosted my daughter. She reached out several times to schedule after seeing her counselor for awhile and the counselor stopped responding to her. For someone with social anxiety, this absolutely did not help. Joy is a joke and should not be able to practice if she can not communicate. Even a text with why would have been helpful.”
