What patients say on Google
“I honestly can’t say enough good things about this place and the amazing people who work here. Everyone is so kind, compassionate, and welcoming, and you can truly feel how much they care. The staff put so much heart into what they do and make people feel heard, respected, and supported. I’m genuinely so thankful for this team and the care they show. It means more than they probably realize, and I’m truly grateful for each of them and the difference they make.”
“I am very thankful to those working at Hope Harbor and West GA Wellness Center . First of all , Bradley C is the best case manager imaginable . Very likable personality, comforting , and met my every needs. The nursing staff was also very pleasant to be around . They took their job seriously , but yet were also fun and caring to be around . This includes Nadia , VJ, and Fabiola . Top class staff !! The technicians at the residence were so professional and performed their duties perfectly . It can’t be easy to deal with all of our personalities and they exceeded my expectations . Rose was an absolute delight to be around . She kept on task and kept us all safe and made sure the house was our safe space. Christian also stood out as just a great quality person who was easy to talk to and allowed a great positive atmosphere. Seth thank you for being on point at all times . Keisha is also a pleasant new addition . And Keith all I can say is go Knicks . All in all a great staff . Sydney is a great leader as well . Very impressed with the team here .”
“I stayed at this residential program and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The program is heavily advertised as supportive and structured, but in reality, it felt very unorganized and poorly managed. My biggest issue was with the staff. They were inconsiderate, unhelpful, and did not properly handle conflicts between roommates or residents. Cleanliness was also a major problem — apartments were often dirty, and staff did little to enforce basic hygiene or cleaning expectations, which is concerning in a program that is supposed to help people rebuild healthy routines and transition back into real life. I also had multiple belongings stolen. I knew exactly what was taken and who took it, but staff refused to help me retrieve my things or even allow me to go back and get them myself after I was switched back to residential for “relapsing,” despite many other residents openly smoking weed and drinking without consequences. The classes were boring, repetitive, and not interactive, so they ended up feeling pointless rather than helpful. The environment itself was chaotic because they seemed to accept just about anyone without considering whether the group dynamic would actually be healthy or productive. Overall, this program was not worth the money. They hype it up to be something it absolutely is not. I left feeling more disappointed than supported, especially by the staff, who failed to provide the structure, accountability, and guidance that people in recovery genuinely need. I would not recommend this program.”
“Great experience, spent time in php and iop. Groups were very informative, the therapists are very good at there jobs. And a fantastic staff, specifically Rachel, Bradley, Courtney, Lindsey and Rose”
