“Today, I've come to a troubling realization about the inconsiderate nature of some doctor's offices, particularly those that fail to answer their phones. Though I’ve never taken to Google to express my frustrations before, the situation has compelled me to share my thoughts. Imagine the waiting for at your appointment, only to find out it has been abruptly canceled because you're not comfortable leaving your card on file—especially after experiencing the distress of having four of your cards hacked. It was not only disheartening but also incredibly frustrating to be made to feel as if I was being unreasonable for prioritizing the security of my personal finances. I have tried reaching out to the office twice yesterday after they made a single, half-hearted attempt to contact me. Just as they run their business, I have every right to protect my own personal and business accounts. I plan to visit the office soon to obtain my records, as I am entitled to do so. Blocking me from accessing my information feels highly unprofessional, and as a result, I will no longer be recommending this location to my patients.”
