What patients say on Google

“The people are nice but you absolutely cannot get them to answer a phone. Ever. It took me 4 days and probably 6-8 phone calls to make an appointment for my son. Then I decided to just go to the office to make an appointment for my other son in person because it was easier than trying to play phone tag again. They will text you back pretty quickly though but that’s tough when you’re trying to get information as a new patient. Now I’m having an issue with the portal they want you to use. I’ve been trying to get login help for 20 days and they still haven’t bothered to send me the link to sign up. You apparently can’t have 2 family members using the same email for the portal, which is tough when you have multiple kids. So I created a new email address so I could get access to the portal for my 2nd child. I’ve been trying to get them to change the email address associated with my 2nd child but after 20 days and 2 reminders they still haven’t done it. I’m trying to get a letter for the school stating my child’s disability but everything seems to go through the portal, which I still can’t access and like I said, nobody will answer the phone. Whoever is running the practice has done a terrible job for my family. Hopefully it’s not like this for everyone! With that said, the providers have all been fantastic but I don’t know if I can stay with this group when I can’t actually speak with someone and I can’t log into the portal they insist you use for everything.”

“Good experience. No complaints. Easy to make appointment. Nice office. Receptionist was pleasant and professional. After logging in she took my vitals without problem. Wait time to see my provider was reasonable. After using the Bel Air and Honey Go locations, I will definitely be using the Honey Go location for my future appointments.”

“As always the office staff was very accommodating, understanding and kind at my last appointment. In general I love them and my provider. I'm aware that this review/rating is for my most recent appointment but I need to share my experience. I've been coming to APC for awhile now and have had only 1 negative experience with this practice. It was a few mos ago. I was given an appointment date and time. When I went to the office at the "scheduled" date and time I was told I didn't have an appointment. Apparently someone (an office manager I believe) took my info and gave me an appointment date and time. When I arrived 15 minutes prior to my "scheduled" appointment time I was informed I had no scheduled appointment. Whovever booked me did not put it in the system. I was going through some particularly difficult circumstances at that time and the appointment was important to me. I was pretty upset and no one seemed to really care except the lady I spoke to at reception. No accountability from the person who took my info. As I said every other experience has been outstanding and the staff has always been accommodating and kind but that time stuck with me. Like I said, no other issues or negative experiences and during my last interaction the staff was extremely helpful, kind and patient with me and my neurotic personality. Whoever helped me was wonderful. I also understand that the practice is not for in depth therapy and acute crisis (for most patients) but some people seeking care might not understand that. That 1 schedule mix up could have had the potential to turn really bad if I were in a worse state of mind or a different patient at the end of their rope barely hanging on.”

“Everyone in this office is amazing. My children and myself have been patients for years. They actually take the time to listen to you! You never feel rushed and no question is a stupid question.”
