“I have not had a good experience with the office. From one doctor who just wanted me to do specific programs through the hospital. When I finally did and told them the program wasn't for me and was no help. They took it as a personal offense, then for the rest of the visit were standoffish. Anytime I call and leave a message, I never get a return call. You have to stay on the phone and wait to talk to someone. I have recently switched doctors. But I don't know if I'm going to stay with the problems I see throughout the office.”

“Some good drs. Decent hrs. But some of the staff can be incompetent and cruel to the patient. Just as long as you pick the right provider you’ll get treated well. Otherwise they treat you like a quack. Not naming anyone but there’s a joke of a Dr there. Edit: never mind. I absolutely see why this place has such low ratings. Your provider will abruptly cut contact with you and lie to your face, along with not returning your voicemails in a timely manner. If you’re at the lowest point, this place will drive you farther down. The one Great Person, and therapist there is Dr McKinsey. She’s an amazing person and the only helpful therapist I’ve had. If you’re stuck here, I recommend her 100%.”

“I walked in to my appointment 11 minutes past when I was scheduled. The receptionist told me they have a 10 minute policy and would need to reschedule me. I took off work to attend the appointment! How can medical practices not understand how difficult it is to get to appointments during the work day? Why do policies matter more than the people who need these behavioral health services? "Patient-centered care" isn't an honest representation of the model of practice here.”
